Recent figures have given surprising results about the property market in Milton Keynes and Northampton. London might be your first thought when it comes to property hotspots. However, other areas are creeping up to compete with the capital.
Figures from Zoopla in March of this year have shown that on average, a house in Milton Keynes only takes 29 days to become under offer after being put up for sale. With Northampton, it can be as low as 27 days. These are the two fastest moving towns on the property market and could be good news if you’re looking at selling in these areas.
