Our Approach
This project was completed in Towcester in September 2024 for homeowners looking to comprehensively upgrade and modernise their property. They wanted a complete exterior refresh alongside improvements that would enhance comfort, efficiency and usable living space.
The brief included replacing all windows throughout the home, updating the fascias, soffits and guttering, and installing a new composite front door to improve both security and kerb appeal. In addition, the customers wanted a bespoke orangery that would create a bright, versatile space while blending seamlessly with the existing property.
We delivered a fully integrated solution, managing the project from design through to installation. A full house of new casement windows was installed to improve natural light, thermal performance and overall appearance, while the new fascias, soffits and guttering provided a clean, low-maintenance finish. The composite door added a modern focal point to the frontage with our colour spray service used to colour match the new windows. The bespoke orangery was carefully designed and built to provide a light-filled extension that feels like a natural part of the home. The result was a transformed property with improved aesthetics, functionality, security and long-term value, all completed efficiently by our experienced installation team.
